Article copyright is held by the respective authors, without limitation.
IJI Publication licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. This allows anyone to copy, redistribute, remix, transmit and adapt the work as long as the original work and source are properly cited. This means, under the CC-BY license, the authors retain the copyright of their articles, but the authors give permission to others to use the published content in IJI Publications in whole or in part on the condition that the original work is cited properly. Users (redistribution) of IJI Publication must cite the original source, including the name of the author, the journal as the initial source of publication, year of publication, volume number, publication, and the Digital Object Identifier (DOI); (2) The author gives the rights to the first publication, even though the author remains the copyright owner.

Author's Guarantee
The author guarantees that the original articles written by the mentioned authors have never been published before, do not contain statements that violate the law, do not violate the rights of others, are subject to copyright that is held exclusively by the author and are free from any third party rights, and written permission whatever it is necessary to quote from other sources that have been obtained by the author.

User / Public Rights
The spirit of IJI Publication is to disseminate published articles as much as possible. Under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license, IJI Publication allows users to copy, distribute, display and perform work for a variety of purposes, including commercial use. Users also need to attribute authors and IJI Publications to the distribution of works in journals and other publication media. Unless otherwise stated, authors are public entities as soon as their articles are published.

Author's Rights
Authors retain all their rights to published works, such as (but not limited to) the following rights;
•     Copyright and other proprietary rights related to articles, such as patents,
•     The right to use the substance of the articles in their own future works, including lectures and books,
•     The right to reproduce articles for your own purposes,
•     The right to archive the articles yourself,
•     The right to enter into separate additional contractual arrangements for non-exclusive distribution of published versions of articles (for example, posting them to institutional repositories or publishing them in a book), with acknowledgment of their initial publication in this journal (IJI Publication). 

Co-authoring
If an article was prepared jointly by more than one author, each author submitting the manuscript warrants that he has been authorized by all co-authors to agree to copyright and license notices (agreements) on their behalf, and agrees to notify the co-authors of the terms of this policy. IJI Publication will not be held responsible for anything that may arise due to the writer's internal dispute. IJI Publication will only communicate with related authors. 

Royalty
Being an openly accessible journal and distributing articles for free under the terms Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license mentioned, the author realizes that IJIation grants rights to its authors without royalties or other fees.   

Miscellaneous
IJI Publication ill publish (or have already been published) in the journal if the article editorial process is completed successfully. IJI Publication editors can change articles into punctuation, spelling, capitalization, reference, and usage styles as they deem appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it can be accessed by the public and that access is free for readers.
